So, I’m headed to Cordoba at the end of next week for one of those fun, all-day jams with some of my favorite people. Juani Cash (who, I’m happy to report, will be playing at the party) wrote this nice little article about the event for a Spanish newspaper, Cordopolis, and you can find out more info and updates by visiting the event on facebook.
I’m the guest at the Mambo night at Sala Malandar again this Friday, September 14. You know the deal: good vibes and classy party jams from the ’70s to present. This is my last gig in Seville until Love Call kicks things off next month, so if you need to have a boogie urgently, this is you best shot.
It’s been a minute, but after a long and restful summer of travel and family I’m back in the record room and looking forward to what is shaping up to be quite a club season. The first LOVE CALL party isn’t for another month yet, and you’ll have to wait a bit longer for another project I’m starting with Nicson from Flumo Recordings, but I’ll be making a few appearances before that (in Seville and Cordoba). The first is with beGun, Reyes Estrada, and Esteban Bove from LIE on day one of Sala Malandar’s big OPENING PARTY on Friday, September 7. I’ll be playing peaktime, so bring those dancing shoes.
