It’s been several years since my last visit to Cafe Berlin. This was the old location, mind you: a beautiful, intimate little concert space that you accessed by way of a minuscule entryway with a staircase up to the dancefloor. Now they’re in a much bigger venue with better sound, and I’ve been told they’re the “amos” (masters/owners) of Madrid nightlife. I thought the old spot was pretty much perfect–so, naturally I can’t wait to see the new one, now called BerlinClub.
Anyway, this is all to say this is going to be a special gig for us. It’s our first Love Call outside of Seville, and the time and place couldn’t be better. For more info, click the photo
